Bellevue Law is co-sponsor of this year’s Home-Start Wandsworth Christmas Carol Service which takes place on Tuesday 17 December at St Anne’s Church in Wandsworth.
Bellevue Law’s founder, Florence Brocklesby said: “We are firm believers in the work that Home-Start does in supporting families with under 5s and those who are soon to be parents. The charity’s work often sees its volunteers working with parents who may be struggling with financial hardship, health problems, isolation, bereavement, disability, and more.”
“The carol service is something of a fixture in the Bellevue calendar – and our family calendar – as it’s a beautiful service and a time for our community to come together and celebrate the season as well as raising funds for others in need.”
The event includes a mixture of readings from celebrities, singing from professional and children’s choirs, festive music, mulled wine and mince pies.
Tickets are available to buy here (@£25 each plus a small booking fee). All funds raised will go towards providing Home-Start support to vulnerable local families.
Readers this year will include actors Patricia Hodge (Miranda, A Very English Scandal), Michael Maloney (Truly Madly Deeply, The Crown) and Judy Bennett (‘Shula’ in The Archers), and writer, musician and broadcaster Richard Stilgoe.
