Boutique law firm Bellevue Law is proud to announce a milestone move: Susanne Hartigan, who joined the firm in 2022, will step into a new role as the firm’s first-ever Head of Legal Practice.
The new role will see Susanne, who currently heads up the firm’s Next Steps service, transition to manage the firm’s know-how and support the firm’s 20 lawyers with technical and strategic support.
The move is further example of growth for the law firm, which prides itself on flexible working, cost-effective City-expertise and an ethical approach to business, following the hire of its first Chief Operating Officer, Kay Osborne, who joined from Magic Circle firm Slaughter and May last year. Bellevue Law also announced its certification as a B Corp, the gold standard ethical business accreditation, in March 2024.
Founder of Bellevue Law Florence Brocklesby says:
“Susanne has been an asset to Bellevue Law since she joined us two years ago. I’m very pleased that she is taking on this role to further support and strengthen our practice us as we grow. The new role coincides with our tenth birthday and is a sign of the value we place on the technical quality of our work. We’re fortunate to have someone with Susanne’s skillset and experience to guide us.”
Susanne says:
“I am delighted to be stepping into this new role, which will help support our lawyers in continuing to provide a leading service to the firm’s clients. I am proud to be part of Bellevue Law’s journey and look forward to developing the firm’s legal practice with our talented team.”
