Boutique law firm Bellevue Law continues to expand its employment law offering with the arrival of experienced employment lawyer Esther Langdon as its latest Senior Consultant.
Esther joins from Dentons, where she was Counsel in the firm’s People, Reward and Mobility practice. She brings extensive experience in advising on all areas of employment law, from strategic advisory work to litigation, with particular expertise in discrimination, whistleblowing, workplace investigations, and post-termination restrictions. She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and has advised clients across a range of industries, including financial services and energy.
With over two decades of experience, Esther has significant expertise in handling complex reorganisations, restructurings, and employment issues arising from corporate transactions. She has also played a key role in developing employment practices at previous firms and enjoys the client-facing and business development aspects of her work, and working with both individuals and organisations.
Esther says:
“I was interested in joining Bellevue Law not only because of the high-calibre of work the team does in employment law but because of its highly ethical practice. I look forward to collaborating with Bellevue Law’s talented team and supporting our clients in various employment challenges.”
Florence Brocklesby, founder of Bellevue Law, says:
“We are thrilled to welcome Esther to our employment team. Her deep expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as well as her experience handling reputationally sensitive cases, will be of huge value to our clients. She is a fantastic addition to our growing firm.”
