Bellevue Law is pleased to announce the addition of Senior Employment Law and Investigations Consultant Sarika Rabheru to the boutique firm’s specialist litigation, employment and private client practice.
Sarika has over 13 years of experience working in the legal sector. During this time, she has amassed extensive expertise as an employment investigator, litigator and advisor, particularly serving clients in the start-up and tech sectors.
She was previously part of the International Employment Law and Investigations team, as an EMEA Employment Investigator, at the London offices of Mark Zuckerberg’s global tech company Meta, where she conducted cross-border employment investigations. These included investigations relating to discrimination, harassment, data privacy, and other employment-related allegations, and cultural assessments within teams. Before this, Sarika worked in private practice as an Employment Law associate at top-tier US law firm, Gibson Dunn. Following her interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Sarika set up various Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives both at Meta and also at Gibson Dunn.
Sarika is particularly used to dealing with sensitive issues, and was the lead Senior Associate for five years in the legal team which secured the release of Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe from imprisonment in Iran.
She is available to help clients of all sizes, both companies and individuals, with a range of employment law issues. This includes conducting independent investigations; defending Employment Tribunal claims; advising on senior employment hires; drafting internal employment documents; advising clients on redundancy processes; and advising clients on disciplinary and grievance procedures. She also provides employment law training.
Clients appreciate Sarika’s professional yet empathic and humane approach, especially when investigating cases involving race and sex discrimination, harassment, bullying, integrity issues and other internal policy violations.
Sarika says:
“What attracted me to Bellevue Law was that it’s a firm that plays at the top of its game but has flexible working in its DNA. Bellevue Law regularly works with clients in my sweet spot – those in the tech sector and start-ups, and I’m very much looking forward to working with the team and its client base.”
Florence Brocklesby, founder of Bellevue Law, says of Sarika’s appointment:
“It’s wonderful to be growing the Bellevue Law team once more, with the addition of Sarika, particularly with her cross-border investigation and employment law experience. Those who work with her can expect excellent service, top-tier advice and support from someone who goes all out to understand her clients’ needs.”
