Kind words and feedback in our first-ever client feedback survey

In November 2018, we conducted a survey of all clients during the previous twelve months.  We used an external agency to run the survey online for us. The feedback we received was very positive and highlighted the areas that differentiate Bellevue Law from other law firms. Our clients described their experiences of receiving a personalised, empathetic and high-quality service with clear and responsive communications and members of the team “going above and beyond”.

On average, clients rated as at 9.5/10 when asked how likely they were to recommend us to a friend or colleague, 9.3/10 for communication on fees and 8.8/10 for value for money.
