Bellevue Law has announced that it is expanding its Employment Law team with the arrival of senior consultant Jo Martin, who joins from her previous position as equity partner at top-20 UK law firm Womble Bond Dickinson.
With over 20 years of employment experience, Jo specialises in giving legal advice to client boards, CEOs, company directors, HR leads, investors, partner groups, senior individual employees and trustees on business-critical matters. She is highly adept at handling demanding corporate stakeholders, complex commercial strategy, high-profile and sensitive matters, and pressurised negotiations.
Jo has decades of experience acting for and against a vast range of clients in the public, private and third sectors, across industries including law, communications, sport, energy, hospitality, finance, media, healthcare, retail, and government.
A Trustee of UK human rights charity Reprieve for a decade, Jo has been described by The Legal 500 as “well-versed across the full gamut of employment law”, with clients “immensely impressed with her professionalism and her very quick grasp of the situation”.
