Stunning results from our 2020 client feedback survey
In November 2020, for the third year running, we asked an external agency to conduct a survey of all Bellevue Law’s clients from the previous twelve months.
Once again, the feedback we received was very positive and highlighted the areas that differentiate Bellevue Law from other law firms.
We asked clients to rank us out of 10 in three areas:
Our value for money - 9.0/10
Communication on fees - 9.7/10
Recommend to a friend - 9.7/10
Overall, we have sustained our strong scores in value for money and recommend to a friend (both are the same as last year) and improved our communication on fees from 9.4 last year to 9.7 this year.
We also saw double the number of clients respond to the survey this year - representing 25% of all our clients.
