Catherine is a senior consultant with extensive experience as both a solicitor and barrister.
Her expertise spans employment, partnership, discrimination, share schemes and data protection law, and related litigation in the Employment Tribunal, County Court and High Court, including team moves and shareholder and boardroom disputes.
She has represented and advised organisations ranging from multinationals to small family businesses, and individuals from all walks of life, including in the start-up sphere and in regulated sectors such as financial and professional services.
Catherine trained and qualified as a solicitor at Freshfields, specialising in employment, pensions and benefits law on qualification. She later joined Nabarro LLP (now part of CMS) and was promoted to partner. In 2011, she requalified as a barrister and joined leading set Cloisters.
In 2018, Catherine joined the firm that became Worden Richmond, a successful employment law boutique with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace, before joining forces with Bellevue Law in 2025.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association and sits on the ELA's Training Committee, and is also a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners.
