Leigh trained, and qualified in 2001, at Gouldens (now Jones Day). Moving to Hong Kong in 2006, she worked for Simmons & Simmons’ award winning employment law practice for over 3 years during which time she qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong. On returning to the UK, Leigh joined the Human Resources Practice Group at Eversheds LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland International LLP) where she worked for 5 years.
