Susannah Perry

Susannah is a senior consultant at Bellevue Law, specialising in employment law and employee relations.

With over 20 years’ experience, Susannah has profound expertise in handling sensitive, high-profile grievances, disciplinaries and performance issues as well as redundancies and restructuring; dealing with regulatory issues, including regulatory compensation; and advising senior management on all aspects of employment law, including senior exits, whistleblowing and issues of culture.

Susannah has held several senior in-house positions at major international financial institutions, including Barclays and RBS, and has extensive practical experience of working across different jurisdictions. Her most recent position before joining Bellevue Law was that of Global Head of Employee Relations at Deutsche Bank.

After graduating from Cambridge University with a Double First in Chinese and obtaining her Master’s degree in Chinese Politics and International Relations at the University of London, Susannah spent a decade working in publishing before changing career paths and joining the law.
