Her experience includes: drafting and advising on numerous employment contracts and service agreements for both employees and LLP members (including for a global private equity firm with a complicated funds and tax structure); representing clients in multiple complex negotiated terminations; advising on Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation; project managing a major redundancy and TUPE consultation process; advising a multinational corporation on performance and grievance issues in respect of a key senior executive; and advising an employer on alleged breaches of restrictive covenants and confidentiality on a team move by former employees to a competitor.
