We’re thrilled to welcome three fantastic new team members to Bellevue Law: Chloe Grant, who joins us as an Associate, Nisala Rangasinghe, our new Paralegal and Lisa Fletcher, our Marketing and Operations Manager.
Chloe – Associate, Workplace Law
Chloe specialises in all aspects of UK employment law, and brings with her a wealth of experience from top-20 UK law firms. Known for her strong technical expertise and calm, client-focused approach, Chloe is a brilliant addition to our busy and fast-growing workplace legal practice.
A former teacher, Chloe is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and is recognised for her empathetic and straightforward style. She advises a wide range of stakeholders—from multinationals and fast-growth businesses to charities, government bodies and senior executives—on both contentious and non-contentious workplace matters.
Her experience includes supporting clients through complex Employment Tribunal proceedings, advising on internal HR processes and termination matters, and drafting employment contracts, consultancy agreements and HR policies. Chloe also draws on insights gained from in-house secondments, including managing a complex international restructure, to ensure her advice is practical and commercially focused.
Chloe is a strong advocate for equity and social mobility, and is a Professional Ambassador for the legal charity Aspiring Solicitors.
Nisala – Paralegal
Nisala joins Bellevue Law as a Paralegal, providing essential support to our Workplace Law and Commercial Disputes teams. As a key member of our legal support team, he plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of client matters and internal operations.
His responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, managing communications, assisting fee earners with file opening and compliance procedures, and preparing court and tribunal bundles. Nisala brings diligence, professionalism and a collaborative spirit to everything he does, and is committed to delivering high-quality support to both our clients and our team.
Lisa – Marketing & Operations Manager
This exciting period of growth is supported by Lisa Fletcher, Bellevue Law’s Marketing & Operations Manager, who works closely with our Founder and Chief Operations Officer to lead our marketing events agenda and support the operational running of the business.
With a background in both marketing and auditing, Lisa brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to her role. Her marketing expertise enables her to craft engaging campaigns and deliver impactful events, while her auditing experience ensures a strong focus on detail, compliance and operational efficiency.
Lisa is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the continued growth of Bellevue Law—making her an invaluable part of our evolving team.
