Legal Administrator Apprentice Level 3

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator Apprentice to join Bellevue Law. This Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career within a supportive and dynamic legal environment.

You will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals, with full training, dedicated study time and ongoing support from a qualified mentor.

Bellevue Law is a boutique firm specialising in workplace law and commercial disputes.

About the role

As part of our team, you will support across a range of administrative and operational activities, including:

  • Assisting the COO with the smooth running of the office
  • Supporting marketing activities (including website updates and events)
  • Helping legal staff with file opening and case management
  • Supporting projects across HR, finance, compliance and IT
  • Preparing meeting materials, agendas and presentations
  • Providing diary management and general administrative support
  • Maintaining office organisation, post handling and supplies
