Workplace law and commercial disputes specialist Bellevue Law has appointed its first apprentice, Ava Mitchell, as a Legal Administrator Apprentice, marking a new step in the firm’s commitment to developing early-career talent.
Ava joined Bellevue Law straight from Harris Academy Sixth Form in London, having completed her A Levels. She is undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with DAMAR Training. Working across the firm’s operations, marketing and legal teams, she is gaining hands-on experience of working in a specialist legal environment while developing a broad range of professional and business skills.
Her role gives her the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting office administration, client service and day-to-day business operations. The apprenticeship provides Ava with practical experience alongside her formal studies, giving her an insight into the different functions that contribute to the successful running of a modern law firm.
Ava’s appointment is Bellevue Law’s first apprenticeship hire and reflects the firm’s focus on creating opportunities for people at different stages of their careers.
