October is ADHD Awareness Month, and Bellevue Law is proud to contribute to the conversation around neurodiversity in the workplace. With the number of people diagnosed with or identifying as having ADHD steadily increasing, many employers are unsure how best to respond. Concerns often include the fear of doing something wrong, facing legal claims, or the assumption that reasonable adjustments will be costly or disruptive.
