Workplace law and commercial disputes specialist Bellevue Law has appointed Shannon Moore as a Senior Associate, further strengthening the firm’s employment law offering and its ability to advise clients on complex, high-value and international employment disputes.
Shannon joins Bellevue Law with extensive experience advising both individuals and businesses across the full spectrum of employment law, in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice includes complex disputes involving discrimination, harassment, victimisation and whistleblowing, as well as advising clients through the full employment lifecycle.
She supports employers and individuals through a wide range of workplace matters, from grievances, disciplinary processes, performance management and redundancies through to Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings and subsequent appeals.
Shannon has particular expertise in multi-jurisdictional employment disputes. Having trained at a US law firm and successfully passed the California Bar Examination, she is well placed to advise clients where employment issues span multiple jurisdictions. She has represented senior executives and individuals in multi-million-pound claims against global organisations and has been instructed by US counsel and international clients to pursue parallel proceedings in the UK, as well as to obtain evidence under the Hague Convention in support of US litigation.
Alongside her disputes practice, Shannon advises businesses on employment policies and contractual documentation, helping organisations manage workplace issues proactively and reduce potential areas of risk. She also designs and delivers tailored training programmes for senior leadership teams, HR professionals and in-house legal functions.
Shannon’s appointment is the latest addition to Bellevue Law’s growing team of senior employment specialists, as the firm continues to expand in response to demand for strategic, partner-level advice on complex workplace and commercial issues.
