Shannon Moore

Shannon Moore is a Senior Associate recognised for her strategic judgment, technical expertise, strong advocacy, and exceptional client care. She advises clients across the full spectrum of employment law, acting for both individuals and businesses in contentious and non-contentious matters.

Shannon is an experienced advisor in advising on complex, high-value disputes, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and whistleblowing. She supports clients at every stage of the employment relationship and litigation process, from internal workplace procedures such as grievances, disciplinary processes, performance management, and redundancies, through to Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings and subsequent appeals.

She has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional employment disputes. Having trained at a US law firm and successfully passed the California Bar Examination, Shannon is well placed to advise on matters with an international dimension. She has represented senior executives and individuals in multi-million-pound claims against global organisations and has been instructed by US Counsel and international clients to pursue parallel proceedings in the UK, as well as to obtain evidence under the Hague Convention in support of US litigation.

Alongside her disputes practice, Shannon advises businesses on the development and review of employment policies and contractual documentation. She also designs and delivers tailored training programmes for senior leadership teams, HR professionals, and in-house legal functions.

Shannon is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Discrimination Law Association, and the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers. She also serves on the Legal Advisory Panel of the Centre for Women’s Justice.
