Alexandra Worden

Alexandra is a senior consultant with extensive experience of advising on employment law issues in a wide range of sectors including Financial Services and Life Sciences.

She trained and qualified as a solicitor at leading international firm Freshfields, where she spent the first decade of her career before joining Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland), another leading City law firm, where she worked for four years and joined the partnership.

In 2015, Alexanrda founded the firm that became Worden Richmond, a successful employment law boutique with an outstanding reputation in the marketplace, before joining forces with Bellevue Law in 2025.

Clients value Alexandra’s top-level experience as a former partner, her pragmatic, strategic and commercial advice, and her empathy with clients and their situations.

Alexandra is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association. She is proud to be a trustee of brain tumour charity Tom’s Trust and a member of the Remuneration Committee of Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge.

She is also ranked in Chambers UK 2026 for her work with Senior Executives and is also listed as a Key Lawyer in Legal 500 2026.
