Sara Mason joins us today as a Senior Consultant within our Workplace Law team. Sara specialises in healthcare regulation and brings extensive experience advising on regulatory investigations and hearings, including appeals and judicial review proceedings in the High Court. She also represents and assists clients at inquests and advises on Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) matters. Most recently, Sara has been practising as a Consultant Solicitor. Prior to that, she held roles with MDU Services Limited and Hempsons Solicitors, where she developed significant expertise in regulatory and healthcare law. Sara’s wealth of regulatory experience adds a valuable and complementary discipline to our Workplace Law offering, further strengthening the breadth of expertise we provide to our clients.
