Kay is Bellevue Law’s Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the firm’s founder to support every aspect of the business – from strategy and operations to compliance, HR, finance, marketing and IT. A highly experienced legal operations professional, she has spent more than two decades in the sector, helping law firm leaders build resilient, well-run practices.
Kay oversees core business support projects at a strategic and operational level, ensuring the business runs smoothly and sustainably as it grows – with a particular focus on effective project delivery and people-led leadership.
Before joining Bellevue Law, she held senior management roles at Magic Circle firm Slaughter and May and boutique employment and partnership firm CM Murray LLP.
Kay is an Associate Member of the CIPD and has completed the PRINCE2 project management certification.
