Harriet is a solicitor specialising in Wills and estate planning. Harriet trained and qualified, in 2007, at Simmons & Simmons and then moved with the entire Private Client team to Lawrence Graham LLP (now Gowling WLG) where she worked as an associate solicitor for four years before moving to Wandsworth based law firm Alen-Buckley. Harriet was with Alen-Buckley for seven years, and was promoted to partner during her time with the firm, before joining Bellevue Law.
Harriet advises mainly UK resident and domiciled individuals and advises on all aspects of inheritance tax planning and succession. This includes drafting Wills, Letters of Wishes and all types of Will Trust. Harriet also has extensive experience in advising on lifetime tax planning and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and General Powers of Attorney.
Harriet has worked with all types of clients including local families and individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals.
Her recent experience includes advising a large family with children from previous marriages on both sides, on how best to provide for each partner, while also building in protection for their respective children.
