Sally Hall

With extensive experience as an in-house lawyer Sally’s passion for law stems from enabling businesses to grow, whilst always ensuring that a lawful and ethical approach is at the forefront of their decisions.

Sally spent much of her early career within the gas industry as a general commercial lawyer, moving into a specialism in data protection law post qualification. Following that, Sally worked freelance for a wide variety of organisations and industries advising on UK and European data privacy including GDPR, data breach, regulator challenges, supplier agreements and DPAs and policy and training implementation, as well as advising on general commercial and tech contracts.

She also advises individuals on employment settlement agreements.

Prior to joining Bellevue Law, Sally was the General Counsel for an international organisation, and is proud to have lead a legal and privacy team listed as finalists in the 2025 Picasso Privacy Awards. With a Masters in Advanced Legal Practice and an ISEB certification in data protection, Sally is well equipped to advise on proactive and reactive challenges in the privacy space.

Sally is passionate about a concept she refers to as ‘Privacy as a Product’ and believes that an effective and lawful approach to privacy can support and enable business growth.
