Ann is a senior employment lawyer with extensive experience advising both individuals and employers across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, technology, retail, professional services and media. Her expertise spans all aspects of UK employment law, from strategic advisory work to litigation in the Employment Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal.
Ann is known for her clear, commercial advice and her ability to tailor practical solutions to each client’s needs. She combines deep technical knowledge with strong judgement and negotiating skill, having started her career as a commercial litigator.
Her practice covers the full spectrum of employment issues, including discrimination (with particular focus on disability, sex and age), whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, Tupe, jurisdictional matters and collective consultation. She regularly advises on contract terms and post-termination restrictions, including applications for injunctive relief.
